Italian Meatballs recipe

When you want to serve a great Italian dish to your family, try making this Italian meatball recipe. You will find that this recipe is very simple to make. However, these meatballs have such a great taste to them that no one would ever realize how simple they actually were for you to prepare. In fact, they will probably assume that they took you much longer to make than the true time it will take you.

Ingredients List:

1 pound of lean ground beef
½ cup of Italian bread crumbs
1/3 cup of water
¼ cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp of garlic
A pinch of salt
A pinch of black ground pepper
1 medium onion

Directions:

You are going to begin by mixing all of the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. However, you won't want to add all of the water at one time. You will want to stop adding the water when the mixture is moist but not so that the meatballs fall apart. Then you will want to shape the meatballs to the desired size and place them on a broiler pan. You should wet your hands before you begin shaping the meatballs so that they don't stick so badly to your hands. Now you are going to broil the meatballs until the outside is slightly brown on one side and then turn and broil the other side to brown that side as well. When they are finished you will want to add them to your spaghetti sauce and simmer for at least 20 minutes.

You won't believe how great these easy to make meatballs taste. You don't have to just eat them on spaghetti. These Italian meatballs also taste great served on sandwich rolls. They make some of the best tasting meatball sandwiches ever.
